Meet Kelly

Clear guidance comes from seeing the whole transaction.

Kelly Humbarger is a real estate transaction coordinator, operations professional, and investor with three years of hands-on experience supporting traditional and creative real estate transactions.

Before founding Clear For Closing, Kelly served on Pace Morby's transaction coordination team, where she supported investors across the country through complex real estate transactions. Her experience includes subject-to acquisitions, seller financing, wholesale transactions, double closings, private lending, cash purchases, and other creative real estate strategies.

While working on Pace's team, Kelly supported numerous investors within the SubTo community in a transaction coordination capacity. She also provided transaction coordination and operational support to newer investors participating in Pace Morby's No One Left Behind Challenge, helping them understand the steps, systems, and follow-through required to move a deal toward closing.

Kelly's experience extends beyond coordinating transactions. She has trained aspiring transaction coordinators through the Top Tier TC Internship Program, built real estate workflows and operational systems, and completed real estate investment transactions of her own.

These experiences gave Kelly a unique understanding of real estate from several perspectives: the investor working to protect a deal, the coordinator managing the details, the operations professional building the process, and the newer investor trying to understand what happens next.

Kelly founded Clear For Closing to provide real estate professionals with dependable support before, during, and after closing. Today, the company supports investors, agents, wholesalers, lenders, and other real estate professionals who need an experienced partner to organize transactions, coordinate next steps, and keep deals moving forward.
