What to expect
The practical details.
Every transaction is different, but these answers cover the questions we hear most often from investors and real estate professionals.
What is Transaction Coordination?
A Transaction Coordinator manages the administrative and operational details of your real estate transaction, helping keep everyone organized from contract to closing so you can focus on your clients and your business.
Who do you work with?
We work with real estate investors, agents, wholesalers, lenders, and other real estate professionals. Whether you're closing one deal or managing multiple transactions, we're here to help.
When should I hire a Transaction Coordinator?
The sooner, the better. Bringing us in early allows us to build the file correctly, identify potential issues, and keep your transaction moving smoothly from the start.
Do I have to use all of your services?
Not at all. You can hire us for a single transaction, rush coordination, post-close support, or ongoing transaction management.
Can you take over a transaction that's already in progress?
Yes. Whether your transaction is just getting started or closing next week, we can often step in and help. We'll review the file and determine the best way to get everything back on track.
Do you offer rush services?
Yes. If your transaction has a compressed timeline, Priority Closing, Expedited Closing, and custom-quoted Emergency Closing options may be available.
What happens after closing?
Our Post-Close Concierge service helps coordinate the transition after closing, including items such as document organization, insurance coordination, utility setup, loan servicing coordination, and other transaction-related follow-up tasks.
Can you help with creative finance transactions?
Yes. We have experience coordinating creative transactions, including subject-to, seller finance, wraps, private lending, and other non-traditional transactions.
Do you communicate with title and escrow?
Absolutely. We coordinate with title companies, escrow officers, lenders, attorneys, agents, and other transaction parties to help keep everyone informed throughout the process.
Are you available nationwide?
Yes. We coordinate transactions across the United States. Availability may vary depending on transaction type and state-specific requirements.
Are you attorneys or licensed real estate agents?
No. We are transaction coordinators and operations professionals. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. When appropriate, we'll recommend working with your attorney, CPA, title company, or other licensed professionals.
How much do your services cost?
Our pricing depends on the type and complexity of the transaction. You can view our pricing or contact us for a personalized quote.
How do I get started?
Simply schedule a consultation or submit your transaction through our website. We'll review your file, discuss your needs, and recommend the best service for your transaction.
